Unsatisfactory clean and to a below average standard, dire communications and wanted money upfront. Would advise against using them unless you wish for a similar experience and if you are desperate enough to plough ahead, at least hold back 10-15% of the bill until you are satisfied. No sign of any guarantee on work.We shan't be using them again. We only found out afterwards that our friends had a similar experience too.

2 cleaners come for 45 minutes, so 1.5 hours cleaning in total. Cost £62. The cleaners insist that I go somewhere else whilst they clean. Can't tell that they've been. Failed to turn up last week. The local Franchise owner does not answer the phone and fails to return calls. Would not recommend. Have found another cleaner for £10 an hour. Written on behalf of Mr. Horn.

Not really worth the money, they are wholly reliant on their brand name and come unprepared . (No spare hoover bags and the window cleaner wasn't charged up to complete the job) Lots of areas were noted to be either not cleaned or not to standard.

Expensive in comparison to local firms but worth it for their professional attitude. If your current cleaner leaves you in the lurch whenever they're on holiday, ill or have personal commitments, move to Moly Maid. A team will always turn up when expected and they'll do the work pleasantly and to a high standard.
