Miss Mop sent us 3 cleaners. The first one spoke about her personal problems for almost 6 hours including telling me that her brother had committed suicide! That is very sad but what a burden to dump on your employer the first day!? Get a psychiatrist. The 2nd cleaner cleaned twice then suddenly decided the drive was too far and quit!Totally unreliable vetting! The 3rd cleaner they sent cleaned twice and then texted me and said she wasn’t coming on the day she was meant to show up! TERRIBLE VETTING AND NO CONCERN WHATSOEVER FOR THE CLIENT! I never got an apology for any of this nonsense until I insisted that they give me one. One has to beg for their agency fee back as well as they don’t offer that up very quickly when they mess up. This is a money grabbing agency with zero ability to vet their cleaners, which is pretty awful. Beware! Not to be trusted. Dishonest.The customer DOES NOT come first, that spot is reserved for themselves.

If you've got young children, you xan easily spend a couple of hours here. The adult fitness equipment could do with replacing as a lot is broken. The monkey has a larger cage, but tge birds seem a bit cramped.

I have called upon Miss Mop on several occasions for one-off cleans and can't rate the company highly enough. All the cleaners who have visited have been lovely ladies and a great help to me. I have found the company to be reliable and efficient. Would recommend.

The ladies in the office were thorough, efficient and professional and took account of all the little things I like to have done. Very organised and professional company following full covid protocols. We had a full spring clean and now have a regular cleaner. Using the agency takes away the worry of someone not turning up and also any liability issues. Great communication.

I have used Miss Mop’s service for my holiday letting in Storrington. They are always reliable, helpful and cater to complex requests. Debi and Sarah are available outside working hours and respond quickly and efficiently to new bookings and last-minute guests. My reviews frequently note that the cottage is “sparklingly clean”. Well what a wonderful experience! I was post-op, underwhelmed by the instruction NOT to hoover and overwhelmed by the post-Christmas dust and cobwebs. Miss Mop team came in with New Year cheer and I have a lovely clean house. Best convalescent tonic ever - and simply lovely people to have in the house for the morning. thank you!

When the cleaner flushed a toilet freshener down the toilet Debi assured my that she would pay to make it right. It cost me around £350 to fix and Debi has refused to claim on her insurance choosing only to pay £145 for the work DynoRod did. I don't understand because her business must depend on good customer relations and reputation.

Wonderful service both at corporate level and also from LB in the home. Helpful, trustworthy always ready to go the extra mile - including happily operating around a couple of house cats always bursting to escape into the great outdoors.
