Clare has been amazing right from the start of the process to the close. Clare gives so much more than what a standard estate agent would ,from being available over weekends and evenings to taking time to really know the property. The advice and guidance Clare gives throughout the process is fantastic and makes the whole otherwise difficult process so much easier to navigate. I would never go anywhere else if I was selling a property and fully recommend Clare.

I just don’t have the words to tell you how brilliant Clare has been. From the very beginning her customer service has been fantastic, nothing has been too much trouble and she has made a stressful process as calm and relaxed as possible. She’s worked flexibly around the hours I could do, been on the phone at all times of the day and night, she is everything an estate agent should be and more. There is no doubt I will forever use her as my go to for anything house sale/purchase related. Cannot recommend enough!

Well it's been a couple of weeks now since we moved into our new home.The process took almost 5 months and to be honest we never thought it was going to happen, especially after our bank pulled out of giving us a mortgage due to myself being on furlough.I remember speaking to Clare as we were worried the sale was going to fall through.I can honestly say she was brilliant and immediately gave me details of a mortgage broker she had used in the past and within 2 days we were good to go and got our mortgage sorted.I would recommend to anyone that is thinking of moving home to look no further than Clare at Keller Williams.She put us at ease and always kept us informed of how things were progressing, nothing was too much for her and she made herself available even on weekends when most estate agents run on limited staff and are unable to help you when you may need them most.Seriously I wouldn't consider using anyone else in the future..Clare thanks for everything you were 100% amazing.Tim, Tanya and Keira.

We were lucky enough to buy our house through Clare. She was so easy to work with, extreamly organised, very approachable and helpful. Clare was able to help us with local information as we were relocating and was very responsive to email, calls and texts. We were able to visit the house a few times and Clare met us each time and there was never any rush at any of the viewings. The sale of the house went through smoothly and we were able to move within our time frame.I can highly recommend Clare to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Clare was the vendors agent for my recent property purchase.Things rarely go smoothly with house buying and on this occasion it was my solicitor that was absolutely rubbish!!However, Clare went above and beyond to speed the process. Clare has been fantastic. She is more than the normal high Street estate agent. She is there anytime of the day you need her! Unfortunately our sale fell through as we couldn't find anywhere after 9 months of trying. But we will back soon and will definitely use clare again!

I can't recommend Clare highly enough! She has been brilliant from beginning to end of what turned out to be a five month process.We were considering a larger company to begin with but we are so glad we went with Clare and would encourage anyone to do the same. The day after we'd signed with her, she already had 9 viewings lined up for the next day even though our house wasn't yet on portals like Rightmove. She has taken the time to develop relationships with buyers so knows what they are looking for and who might be interested in your home. It was so wonderful to be able to contact her outside of traditional office hours and she was always willing to answer questions, which made the process so much easier.She became a point of contact between ourselves and the buyers and even helped us chase the solicitors too, including pinning down a completion date and communicating this to everyone involved.We are re-locating but we would 100% use Clare again if we were staying in the area and are a little sad that we can't purchase a property she is listing, since we know we'd be in good hands!Thank you again Clare!
