Barrie came for our wedding at the Cragwood Hotel in Windermere on the 12th August. My Spanish guests were so amazed by him and his work that I don’t think too many English guests had the chance to get a caricature from him (lol). Barrie was a great additional entertainment to have at our wedding. He went round our wedding party and had massive queues following him all wanting to be drawn. He made everyone laugh and we were blew away with his talent and creativity. He added a different entertaining value to our wedding to make it more fun for adults and children. And even with the high demand off our guests he still managed to make time to draw us as newlyweds which was also framed for us by Barrie. Had the pleasure of Barrie drawing at our wedding last week at horton grange all I can say is if anyone is thinking about it… do it !! He was amazing and the guests loved it. Still being talked about now! Deffo recommend

Barrie was fantastic, he came at the opportune time after the meal when there was a bit of a lull and made everyone laugh with his brilliant caricature pictures. Barrie mixed straight in chatting to our guests and getting those little details that made the pictures extra special!

Barrie was fantastic at my husband's surprise 40th birthday party!! He created loads of pictures for the adults and kids and everyone was thrilled with his creative masterpieces!! He chatted and mingled really well with all the guests and they had a good laugh when he was drawing them. He also took photos of the guests alongside their drawings which I thought was a nice touch aswell as great photo memories for us all to keep. I would definitely recommend Barrie at any event or party as he was really professional and I was thrilled with all of his drawings!! Thank you so much Barrie!!!

Barrie was available at such short notice even when already being booked out that day. Barrie was dressed the part, making everyone laugh and his drawings were fantastic. I could not recommend this type of entertainment more for a wedding. The attention to detail on all of the drawings was fantastic! Family and friends loved it!

Barrie was at our wedding on 21.09.23 at Newton Hall. I honestly couldn’t recommend him enough! If you’re sick of attending weddings where a photo booth is the evening entertainment, I wouldn’t think twice about booking Barrie - he will have your guests crying with laughter. Booked Barrie James after searching high & low for the best caricature. Barrie did not disappoint! He was a great hit with our guests and filled the room with laughter. That aside, he is a seriously talented drawer & his witty personality was an added bonus. Would 1000% recommend to anyone looking for a wedding entertainer!
