When I visited Davis Gregory for an initial meeting I had a brief wait in reception.Barbara (the receptionist) was patiently and sensitively dealing with a telephone query from a potential client. She didn't rush the conversation and yet managed to acknowledge my arrival and when the call ended apologised to me for being kept waiting. You couldn't wish for a better first impression of a professional and courteous individual who is the first point of contact you will be greeted by on behalf of Davis Gregory.

Whilst making the decision to write a will was quite difficult, actually carrying out the process with Davis Gregory was nothing but easy. Their website states “you can be sure of a sensible and practical approach to help you make the right decisions” and that is exactly what we got. Thank you Simon Greener for your professional and friendly approach. In fact we were so impressed with the service we received from Davis Gregory, we recommended them to another family member - who travelled from Bath to use their services! Awful experience using DG for conveyancing to buy a new build house. Would never use again. Communication was very poor between ourselves and the seller's solicitor. Many times they showed incompetence, leaving us with little confidence throughout the process. They were generally unhelpful with queries, especially when trying to gain clarification around important legal terms. It mostly felt like they're were just out for your money and wanted to rush the job to get it done.
