An excellent local bike shop with superb and friendly service. I brought my bike in after getting a puncture whilst passing through the area. Despite having a queue of repairs, they managed to replace the inner tube and also correct a misalignment in my wheel and problem with my chain making the journey home a lot more pleasurable. Thanks for saving me from a costly service / tune elsewhere!

My front rack had broken suddenly while biking from London to Dover. I went here looking for help - and even though they didn't have the part in they were 100% welcoming and helpful.Once it was clear my original part couldn't be fixed, they rang a few bike shops in the area to find someone who had what I was looking for and made sure they'd be able to get it done immediately so I could get back on the road.Class act!! Great customer service. Thank you!

Took my bike in for a roadworthy service. The customer service was great and good priced service enabling me to begin riding again. The shop looks simple but provides 5 star service.Returning to have repairs done on bike number 2.

Fantastic service from this Cycle shop as Father and son rebuilt my wheels and bike after its new paint job.I can’t thank them both enough as I don’t believe I would have had the kind of TLC that they gave me and my very old steel vintage Mercian cycle anywhere else. So glad I went there with the bike as the work they carried out was exceptional.

I recently got a new bike through my work on the cycle to work scheme. There was a small issue with the bike and I could see it was missing a part. The bike provider implied I had somehow messed the bike up because i had worked on it and suggested i take it to a local bike shop. I took it to welling cycles and straight away Peter confirmed this part was missing. He then fitted the part there and then at no cost !What a gent and good old fashioned service. I will be taking all our bikes there from now on.

Absolutely brilliant. Father & Son both very helpful, fixed an issue with my road bike hub in minutes which I had been advised by other experts" would require a costly replacement. Didn't even want to take anything for sorting it but I insisted on a price and then gave them double. And this was when they were no longer accepting bikes for repair as their schedule was so full! A credit and long may they stay in business."

Welling cycles brilliant!Really genuine couple of blokes.I've had them repair my bike and also build my son's. I've had halfords do work in the past and was never really satisfied.Old school shop, very competent, good advice, HELPFUL! and good prices.Would recommend to the novice or experienced cyclists.It's a shame you don't find more shops on the high street like this!

I've been going to this cycle shop for many years now after having a substandard result at another (closer) cycle shop and cannot fault it. It's a father and son team and the standard and quality of service is second to none. I turned up yesterday with a broken gear cable and Peter fixed it for me the same day (even though he's working alone at the moment due to his farther being ill) and at a very reasonable price. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Had my folding bike pedals renewed and a puncture sorted via renewing the inner tube within 30 mins! I couldn't be more impressed with such a high level of knowledge, superb service and cannot fault the price which was more than reasonable. Highly recommend!
