Opening times are wrong on google. The only time you can pick up a missed package now is when you need to get to work or the height of rush hour on a Thursday.

I was home on both days Royal Mail claims to have attempted delivery of my parcel.I heard no knock and no one called me.I’ve just been to their office at Salford, and I got no help.I paid for special delivery guaranteed, and I’m still not getting my parcel until probably 3 days after I need it.I suggest that you call recipients. What’s the point of having the number if you wouldn’t call.

Handy for collection until recently they have change their opening times which makes it harder for people who work early. Now open 8-4pm only late opening Thursday 6pm use to be open till 7pm more accessible for people to collect. Not great opening times now anymore shame, they should keep the old times which worked fine. TThis is added update review to above from year ago review. The new times have changed again, now 8am-10am becoming bit of a joke with these opening times becoming shorter and shorter now, soon it will be no opening times at all. For a national postal service should be providing easy access for collection. The staff there are really friendly and helpful when I have used them just a shame the company becoming not customer focus as it use to be.

Rapidly going downhill. Recently I had a special delivery item tracked, and showed delivery attempted. No card left. The next day, tracking showed delivery attempted again WHILE I WAS AT HOME WITH THE TRACKING WEBSITE OPEN ON MY PHONE, I ran out immediately and no postman was there, then one minute later the tracking updated the location to show someone had scanned my parcel as delivery attempted" while they were at the delivery office

I received an alert today to say my parcel was 8 stops away. 15 minutes later I received a text message saying 'the address on your parcel doesn't accept deliveries today' The address on my parcel is my home address. I am not a business and I will accept any parcel that I am expecting, particularly when I have made a point of being at home in order to do so

Absolutely poor service, half-drunk, worst post office.

Helpful staff. No place to park nearby and can be bit busy.

Great new community gathering spot with the generous new opening times. It's great if you like queues. The one man behind the counter was making sure he took extra time to help build the queue. I think he wanted it to reach the parking spaces at the front. It was boring when you used to be in and out. Hopefully they'll reduce the opening hours even more in the future.

Royal Mail are the worst delivery service, Evri are better and that’s saying something.

Said they “attempted” to deliver my package. I’ve been home all day waiting and no one rang the doorbell or knocked on my door.
