I purchased my first home through Englands in Harborne. From the day of the viewing they were professional. They gave me enough time to put an offer in and I never felt pressured like I have with other estate agents who like to start a bidding war. Sam was amazing throughout the whole process. I had issues with my solicitors throughout the process and Sam went out of his way to help and kept reassuring me that it would all work out. The team were lovely and I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you Englands!

“I cannot recommend Englands Estate Agents highly enough.I found Sally and all of her team highly professional and competent at all times.They were patient, super-responsive and politely but firmly honest about my expectations for selling my house. They advised me about improvements I should make to the house before putting it on the market. Crucially, they also also advised me not to waste any money on other “improvements I would not gain any clear financial benefit from.No-one knows Harborne and its environs like Sally and Richmond

You currently have a property on Moat Road for £190k. I Ring, arrange a viewing. Attend viewing, see about 20 plus people turn up where you are told they will accept offers over £210k. Before you waste peoples time look up false advertising. Please change the price and inform your customers, so they can make a choice before the viewings. Overall a poor experience.
