Prompt service and a very well packaged cafetière beaker. Previously we had to buy a whole new plastic cafetière in order to obtain a new beaker but John Lewis no longer stock the 4 cup size. We’re glad to have found Louis Potts and can now use the original stainless steel one again!

My wife ordered 4 coasters as individual presents to nursing staff. There were only 3 in stock. However, the staff were very friendly and pro-active and went out of their way to help.A package with 3 coasters and a single coaster package arrived by post on the same day.We really appreciate this kind of service, well done.

Ordered two beautiful mugs, one of which was meant for a present and represented a great sentimental value. Waited for two months with no updates and had to chase them up Just to find out what’s happening. Each time had been given a new delivery date and each time it wasn’t true. Finally, it has been delivered and it wasn’t what I ordered even though they send me pictures and confirmed the item. Called them and was told that someone who can help me will contact me soon.Never heard from them. Not only I’ve been waiting for two months for an item I could have bought on Amazon and delivered in two days, I paid money for something I didn’t want to begin with and never had the chance to give a meaningful gift. Big disappointment.Just had a response from the owner stating that the product delivered was the one I ordered, and that I was kept updated. That is NOT true. Delivery was promised in two weeks,I waited two months with no updates. Didn’t even give me the courtesy of speaking to me firs before calling me a liar. Wow!

I made an online order and realised that I’d mis-typed my email address (blame dodgy specs; new ones arrive next week). So I emailed to check the order and Ella replied only moments later, even beating the automated reply! Her email was informative and clear and, as a real bonus, she could punctuate! I am an old-school ex-teacher. Full marks to her and to Potts for an extremely quick delivery, even at this time of year. Outstanding service. I will definitely be using them again!
