A great experience, good choice, good delivery, everything correct, staff left us alone and didn't 'hover' when we were browsing/choosing.Had to order replacement part (our fault not EB), Rob was very helpful with the order and with less than a week delivery..... Marvellous!Would definitely recommend these people!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. VERY VERY bad experience (understatement). First of off, the customer service in the Northampton store is APPALLING..Andrew i believe his name is -the store manager needs to be trained in customer service because it seems he has ZERO at all. Walked in the store no “hello” I had to stand and stare just to get noticed. No “how may I help you today” etc. Also the whole company needs to re think their refund policy. They won’t refund an item (even if not faulty) if the box is ripped. (Baring in mind just put it in a new box to resell). READ THE T&Cs please before you buy from this company. As even if the product is absolutely fine and in pristine condition you’ll get charged for even bringing it back for them to restock it! Also I spoke to a lady called Lydia who really needs to be trained in dealing with vulnerable customers. I suffer with mental health and the way she dealt with me caused me to go further in depression. I basically got told I weren’t allowed to shop with the store because I suffer from mental health issues and that it’s “unacceptable” I feel this way. EITHER WAY my personal opinion is that I will NEVER give this company my business ever again.

I brought the extra strong bath. It developed a crackThe warranty is worth absolutely nothing. Be warned !!

Hi.My experience was excellent. Good service throughout my bathroom ordering, no issues changing specification etc half way through order. The Aftersales service was very good also. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTSArrived and had a look around. Was followed around like I was there to steal something. Found what we wanted in a complete new bathroom. A guy took our order as we walked around showing him what we wanted. Placed order. The same guy would then ring up 3 times more telling me we needed this n that putting the price up even more from the original. On a 4th phone call telling me we needed something else I told him they were paying for it as we hadn't been advised of this which they duly paid for. When the order arrived at the house no phone call from delivery driver to advise of eta. Order incomplete with no bathroom cabinet. Once again another phone call and this time the salesperson was becoming abrupt.Very close to sending the whole order back and getting my money back. The whole process was a shambles from start to finish. Never again will I use this company and I certainly would not recommend people to anyone else. Cheaper to go to wickes or homebase.

Very lovely showroom..and excellent quality products, but sadly there wasn't anything for our needs.That said, we had a warm welcome from the staff, however, 3 staff members were seated together at the front of the showroom, and no one mingling on the shop floor aiding the customers. At the time, I couldn't help but think, this lack of interest or style of working with prospective customers could cost the company a sale or sales..

Very bad experience, when I want to order the buth they said isn't panel available now but in one week we can deliver everything in one order, so I was very satisfied with this service but after one week they delivered the buth with out of panel when I call them they've told me that was a mistake and will be delivered in next 10 days, now you can make a conclusion of this experience before to have a contact with them.

They let you browse, they even have signs that say take a sample - only when you are leaving do they say you have to pay! I only had 2 small tiles. Other places let you have free samples Plus if you don't return within 30 days,you can not get a refund

The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. Good range of products.
