I liked the car in the Auto trader App. I called him up and paid the viewing deposit which was refundable. I went there and the car was ready and thoroughly cleaned. It was exactly the same as I have seen in the App. He immediately handed over the keys and told us to go and drive the car. Paperwork was so smooth and hardly took around 15 minutes. I really like his nature the customer service. I am highly recommend Globe cars.Happy and satisfied customer.

Globe cars sold me a death trap. They seemed really professional but all the signage at the premises was for fengate something or other.. A little browse through the web has revealed that they used to be based on Lincoln Road and have a plethora of bad reviews associated with their different business names. It seems that most of the garages in this area have numerous phone numbers too. No doubt they will rebrand and change their number soon!Luckily I purchased the car through finance so the finance broker helped me unwind the deal and the dealer collected the car but did not apologise ! The car needed about £3000 of work but the most worrying thing was that the break lines were tie wrapped to the suspension, we suspect that the MOT was fake ! There’s really no excuse, they’re total scam artists that don’t care about your safety! I wouldn’t have suspected that there was anything wrong with the car if it hadn’t have made a funny noise on the way home. I’m out of pocket for fuel, insurance and paying for the diagnostics which revealed all the other problems!! I’m lucky that I realised when I did, they slap a fake 12 month mot on every car so you don’t find any issues while you can still get your money back!

I found a car on Autotrader, and after quick replies to my enquiry emails I booked to go and see the car. The dealer assured me the car would be held for me until I could make it up and he stuck to that promise.I intended to part-ex my car, the reasoning for the part-ex price was spot on and I was happy with the price given and paid. There was a little room for manoeuvre and both parties were happy.The owner was informative, happy to help and to let me test drive alone and look over the car without breathing down my neck or being made to feel it was an inconvenience or there was anything to hide.The paperwork part was swift and concise and I drove away in under an hour from arriving.I would highly recommend this dealer and would happily buy from here again.
