Google the item you like and use another company stay away.They look for any excuse to not replace refund etcI had a direct from manufacturer order and although the manufacturer approved a exchange and said they need approval from these guys. These guys then refused and tried to wiggle out of it by saying it's not possible to exchange or refund. So I asked can I collect from the manufacturer directly. They said no!The manufacturer them selves told me avoid this company and to use a different retailer which I did and they actually allowed collection. Will escalate my complaint and contact my bank to dispute my order

I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a bathroom unit from Ergonomic Designs for approximately £500. Firstly, I must point out that the colour of the unit did not correspond to the portrayal on the company's website. This discrepancy alone was disheartening, but what followed further exacerbated my disappointment.Upon returning the item, Ergonomic Designs opted to withhold 25% of my refund on the basis of a damaged box. While I appreciate that packaging has its importance, it should be noted that the box had to be opened in order to inspect the product. The decision to retain £139 as a penalty for a damaged cardboard box appears disproportionate, to say the least.We would have been more than willing to cover the cost of a replacement box, but to forfeit such a significant sum under these circumstances is excessive. Consequently, I would strongly advise prospective customers to consider alternative, reputable online bathroom suppliers who prioritise customer satisfaction over punitive charges.

Very poor quality products which lasted approximately 6 months until the cheap paint started peeling off. I was advised that the paint on the toilet roll holder could be down to excessive use ( I am a single 75 year old man) or due to the steam from the bathroom - not entirely sure where else the toilet roll holder would go. Overall very poor customer service and cheap products at premium prices. Avoid like the plagueI wonder if they will replace again in 6 months, probably not.

Absolutely disgusting experience with this company - DO NOT USE THEM. Ordered a bathroom unit which when it came was not the same colour as advertised. Sent the item back and had to tape the box back up to ensure that it was transported safely. The company then deducted £140 from the refund and claimed that because we had taped up the box they would have to re-box it which would cost £140. We offered to pay for a new box but said that £140 was unacceptable cost for a cardboard box but they did not accept this and we are now £140 out of pocket. Never have I had such a bad experience with a company!! Avoid at all costs!!!!

What an awful company to deal with. Wanted to spent £400 on a radiator then wanted to charge me £55 for postage . Denied being transferred to the store manager. I’m surprised they get any business

The company could get the items I wanted, and the price was fair, they were easy to deal with to get the prices.The add-on for shipping was not clear in the initial quote and £50 is a very high delivery cost.I was surprised when I had a knock on the door and the delivery was there - would have been nice to have been advised what day it was coming.The product is yet to be installed, but all seems fine, and I would use Ergonomic Designs again.

Ordered sink unit from here. Delivery was quick however states to check for damage within 48 hours. Unfortunately I checked the sink but didn’t remove tape to see a hidden chip (2 weeks later). After some emailing and refusal by the manufacturer to replace the sink ergonomic agreed the damage wasn’t visible until the tape was removed and replaced it themselves. The replacement was sent 2 days later. Cannot fault the delivery times and the service to make sure it was resolved regardless of the manufacturers decision.

It’s been only 5 months since we had their toilet installed. Seat already coming off. Poor quality. Made a written complaint. No response. Bad customer service. Will not recommend.
