They was nothing to much trouble for the staff, and items I couldn't see the staff asked if I'd like them to check in the stores I found the staff so friendly and helpful towards me and with their help I got everything I went in to get, I'd just like to thank the staff.

Seemed a well organised store for agricultural bits and pieces. Picked up some John deere overalls for husbands Xmas pressie - did call first as quite a way from home.

Contacted them April 2 as tractor would not start Told would £64 per hour . They came to Burwell tried to start it and said they would take the battery away and charge it. I said it been charged and to just to get a new battery. Long story short after numerous phone calls they installed a new battery Friday 11th May.The grass looks like a hay field.Monday 13th May they contact me for payment of £179. A large charge for a 5 minute visit and a long wait.I normally only review for 5 star but this went to far.

Arrived at shop at 10.30. For my son to have to have look around as its his birthday and we travelled from Ipswich cause he likes the shop. While in the shop at 10.45 the shutters were put down and we was told they shut at midday so kept looking around. And the man working looked at his watch serval times. And made another comment that they close at midday by this time it was 11am. My son is very disappointed as we left the shop due to feeling unwelcomed.
