Worst Greggs ever. Never has butter/spread for breakfast rolls - butter/spread is an essential ingredient to a sandwich - very poor for a sandwich retailer. Never able to print a receipt.I visit a lot of Greggs across the country and in wales. Never have these issues elsewhere.Complaint sent to Greggs head office.

I visited the Ermont Way Greggs today in the Spar petrol station, when I got to the counter I had to wait almost 10 minutes. I could hear a staff member called Joe on the phone and keeping me waiting during my break.When she eventually did serve me, she had an attitude that I was inconveniencing her, I was genuinely trying to be nice and just wanted to be served.Never coming here again.

Some of the most unpleasant and unprofessional team of staff I have encountered on a consistent basis over the last 3 years or so.Greggs really needs to let these idiots go and find some better employees.

No bacon and no hot drinks whatsoever at 07:45 in the morning. What else could they possibly sell to a worker that spends most of the day working outside in the rain in November. It's Greggs! Went to work with a bottle of Coke and something I didn't want to eat. The worst Greggs I have ever visited. Far from impressed! ....gave them a try the next day, had to wait 5 minutes to even be acknowledged, very sarcastic rude member of staff! still no coffee and no breakfast baguettes. This time I just walked out and went elsewhere! Still the worst Greggs I have ever visited and won't be back!

To busy feeding her face, to tell me bacon would be a while after taking payment. Cappuccino was a late.So not bad for someone who does this for a living

Breakfast never available, burnt sausage rolls. If you’re lucky enough to get breakfast, staff doesn’t bother asking if you would like any sauce. Cold baguette section last seen working maybe a year ago. Horrible, Avoid.

There were no staff present at the counter, and when they did serve us they hadn’t put correct signs on their so vegan food was actually non-vegan and had meat. The food we did get was cold, not even warmed. Recommend avoiding.

This greggs used to be awful... all the staff outside with the manager smoking. And no food available... The last few weeks maybe 2 months a lovely young lady I think her name is Sophie is in charge and the counter is always stocked. And baguettes and sandwiches are always fully stocked and she has made a real difference.

Never has food and what is there is always stone cold. Don't be fooled by the orange lights on the hot trays there just that,light for show. Food is stone cold after 5mins always everytime. Staff seem very disinterested and almost annoyed they have to serve you.

Sharon was soo nice to me, she didn't have any of the food I wanted as they were sold out but her customer service was lovely!!!
