All the staff were nice to the regulars, when I came in, the server was incredibly cold and didn't seem to want to listen to me when taking my order, missing that I asked my drink to take out. He was grumpy towards me however all smiles to a regular who came in after me. The drink I ordered was terrible to add to the experience. Very unpleasant

I visited on Monday and got great friendly service from the two women serving ( one with long brown hair on till and a young girl with tattoos ). Free parking on site and had a lovely sandwich. Very quick and efficient service.

Despite being very busy , we were served quickly . Plenty of options available for the grandchildren to choose from . Clean and tidy , and again although the coffee shop was busy all empty tables were clean .Staff were friendly and efficient, I was offered extra help with carrying the tray ( as I rely on crutches) our server went out of her way to help us. Didn't catch her name.Enjoyed our experience here today and will definitely be back ! Highly recommend this branch .

Great friendly service is a feature of this store. Comfy environment and a nice place to chill after visiting the nearby out of town shopping area. Just used the mobile app to order and my drink was ready exactly as I arrived. Perfect! Recommended.

The coffee here is very hit or miss. Yesterday 3 iced lattes were very weak and milky. It was too busy to ask them to re do it.

Service is shocking. Over charged and lost money. Awful customer service. Recommended driving down the road to a nicer costa.
