Highly recommended. Lee, Andy and Jordan are all great at what they do and easy to have in the home. They have turned our freezing old house into a warm home and done a great job on the wet work for a challenging small bathroom. The plumbing to get the pressurised tank into a convenient cupboard was a work fo art! Trustworthy, tidy, friendly and reliable ......... and very good at their business.

Left message on answering machine and nobody has bothered to call back after 6 days. I appreciated that this is a busy time of the year for heating engineers but this lack of communication is disappointing.

What a professional, efficient and friendly company to do business with. Lee, Andy and Jordan have recently finished installing a new gas boiler and updated hot water system. It was a rather complicated job that some other companies refused to take on but they managed the thing without any fuss. They even left the house tidy at the end of every day - no small feat as the work obviously involved a lot of disruption. I would definitely recommend them for any work of this kind.

Just had a brand new boiler fitted. Quoted by BG but SHP was cheaper for identical quote and also local. They were on time, professional and tidy. I would thoroughly recommend them for any of your plumbing or heating needs.

We have just had a completely new heating system - boiler, radiators and pipes and had a stress-free week whilst Lee, Andy & Jordan professionally went about their work. Having surveyed the property to provide a fixed quote, Lee visited the week before they were due to come to double check on all our requirements. They are a friendly and highly competent team who consult and explain about all aspects of the work. Lorraine, in charge of admin, is helpful and very well organised. We would not hesitate to thoroughly recommend Shaftesbury Plumbing & Heating to friends and family.

This is the 2nd time I've used this company to fit new boiler. The first at my cottage the 2nd replacing my mothers boiler in a bungalow. I also use them for annual servicing. I cannot recommend this company enough.
