Xpertise were instrumental in landing me a new developer role. They listened to my criteria and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. The recruiter I dealt with was friendly and professional and even through it was a 4 stage process, it proceeded smoothly and rapidly, resulting in a job offer. My only criticism would be is that they didn't assist me much with salary negotiation and the starting salary was slightly less than what I was seeking.

I had a very bad experience a few years ago with both Joe Macdonald and Josh Williams. They put me forward for a role which I was successful in securing after passing the interview. I ended up refusing the offer because they lied to me about the salary on offer which was less then what I was originally told. They were completely unprofessional and what made it worse was that I had to inform the hiring manager that I wouldn't be accepting the position which should been the responsibility of the recruiters. Didn't receive an apology from either of them. Terrible experience and would personally not recommend to anyone.

I've not always had the best experiences with recruitment agencies in the past but Xpertise Recruitment have been brilliant. James has gone above and beyond to follow up and get things going in the right direction. So a big thank you to James and Phil who has also been great.

My Experience with Xpertise had been very helpful, informative and forthcoming.As a contractor Stacey helped me get into a role for the NEC Group in Birmingham, to which I was successful in completing my work.The staff including Stacey we're kind and provided all the relevent details needed to start my journey with the NEC untill my fixed term contract had finished.I can honestly say that, I would recormend this agency.

Recieved an email from Stacey stating that there is a role availble for an I.T support technician in Nottingham and asking when is best for her to cantact me. I replied back via email and received no email back. As soon as I email to say I want my details removed from the system and the reasons why, I get an email back from stacey straight away to say that my request has been passes on to the relavent department an no apology or reason for ignoring/forgetting to reply to my email. Not only this but the fact that my 'request is being passed on to the relevant department' makes me think that maybe they do have my details on some form of database without my permission and no previous contact has been made with this company before so I don't know where my information was obtained and why they believe they are allowed to keep my details without reason
