MTR Vehicle Repairs

MTR helped me out when the booking I had made at another garage had let me down. Even at the end of the day when the other garage had shut up shop and gone home, nothing was too much trouble. Service was friendly, accommodating, professional and efficient, I would definitely recommend.

Mark sorted out our alternator earlier this year when it failed & our normal garage couldn't fit us in. The job was done quickly and at a fair price.We've returned for some other jobs since and will continue to do so given the good service we had.

I rang ahead to ensure all the fluids could be done on a full service. Recieved an estimate quote and agreed. Got the invoce after it went into MTR and the only fluids that had been done were the engine oil and screenwash. Disappointed and left feeling robbed as I am now over £280 lighter and my engine coolant is unsafe and so is my break fluid after getting it checked out after. Both of these weren't written on the advisory either and I'm concerned to what else may have been overlooked. I was hoping to get a professional viewpoint on where my car is at and to be re assured that my car has had its full service. I'm now left feeling conned. If the owner would care to explain or rectify I'd be happy to engage.Edited my rating to reflect the lack of response from the owner. Left with a bad taste and now have to put this behind me and fork out for the fluids myself after being falsely assured they would be done!All for reassurance!

I had a flat tyre on the motorway and had seeked helped from this garage to help me change my spare tyre. The mechanic used his lunch hour to help change it over so I could get home which was another 3 hours away. Thanks to him I got home safely. Thankyou I'm forever grratful to you
