I’ve been to Clare numerous times for myofascial release and deep tissue therapy and I can’t recommend her enough. The treatment really is great, I have seen noticeable improvements with my aches and pains and Clare is a lovely person. She has been attentive and welcoming from minute one, she’s very flexible depending on your requirements and I have often left with lots of advice and information to help me going forward thanks to her wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Clare is a skilled therapist. I always feel better after seeing her, whether for massage or Reiki. I recommend her highly. She is taking all appropriate safety measures for covid 19; very high levels of hygiene.

An incredibly relaxing Indian head massage that left me feeling rejuvenated. Clare created a tranquil environment, and her techniques eased tension in my neck, shoulders, and upper back. I left the practice with a calm mind and a lighter body. I highly recommend this experience for deep relaxation and stress relief.

Clare is well qualified, experienced and knowledgeable. She also has a very pleasant and at ease manner, and she gave me lots of tips for exercises to help with my bad back. I attended her clinic for myofascial release and deep tissue massage with soft cupping which certainly did feel deep. It will take more than this to fully mend my back but I'm sure it helped.
