Car Tyre Shop

I initially visited this place to repair a punctured tire, and it seemed like a good job until a week later when the same tire went flat again. Upon taking my car to another tire shop for repair, they informed me that the issue was the same puncture from the previous week.When attempting to hand them the wheel security nut head for removal, we discovered that it was broken, with the inside of the nut head being empty.I tried contacting this tire shop to address the issue and give them a chance to make it right, but it seemed they were unwilling to believe me and instead started to challenge me...They then insisted on charging me £50 to remove all the security nuts, even though it was their engineer's fault.Long story - short, I took my car to another tire shop, which charged me £70 to remove all the wheel security nuts and also found that the broken part was stuck inside the nuts this shop enginer was removing.I would not come back here again..
