Staff are helpful and knowlegable about the products which they stock. Not pushy and trying to sell goods not required but at the same time make you aware of alternative stock which may be useful and at competitive prices. If they do not have stock to hand they always give a definite date and time that such items will be available.

I went there with a small baby in my arms and bought about 10 things , when I asked if they had a bag they said there was none available , and were perplexed about how I could leave. Luckily being part octopus (a parent) I managed to stack grab and run out. Radical idea supply customers with a suitable receptacle to enable customers to be more item than they can hold in their hands.

Despite the lure of cheaper products on amazon, an assistant with knowledge can save time and money. The wallpaper kit I bought was available, affordable and instant. The job was done that evening. End of problem.

The staff seemed to be getting a hard time from disgruntled customers but to be honest I found the service to be fine and my products available for easy collection i'm a happy customer

Absolute shambles of a store, go in with the items your after, greeted by rude and unhelpful staff, Chloe the duty manager is beyond rude and obnoxious, THANKFULLY there is a store the other side of town where they’re far more helpful. Snotty teenagers being promoted to ‘management’ when they can’t even manage to see past their own noses.Absolute joke. Strongly advice to avoid the store!

Figured it'd be like a cross between B&Q and Argos...It certainly isn't. Having fought my way through creating an account, I ordered an item whilst sat in the car park, then waited for the confirmation text.And waited and waited and waited.Won't use them again if I want something in any kind of hurry. Because, obviously, tradespeople never need anything in a hurry, do they?

Brought photo ID along with all paperwork with me to pick up my already paid for item worth £5.Staff would hand over my item stating they would only accept a driving license/passport.The confirmation text I received stated to bring photo ID. It did not mention driving license/passport!Pathetic service. Will never use again
