Marshalls Jewellers

I've used Marshalls for years now. It's great to have a local jobbing jeweller. I've always found them really helpful and polite and trust their advice. Their work is of a high quality. I referred a lady to them to repair her damaged wedding ring, after her own jeweller told her this sentimental piece wasn't worth repairing. Marshalls did such a great job at such a reasonable price, she rang me to sing their praises, and told me she'd told all her friends what a good job they'd done. They are also very reasonably priced, and can make bespoke pieces. Definitely worth a visit, and invariably includes a friendly chat!

I asked Steve if he could do a commision for me, it was two rings from two special people no longer alive, to be made into one bespoke ring. This meant a lot to me and would then be passed to my daughter. I had an idea of how I wanted it to look but was of course nervous about breaking them apart. Steve listened and understood my ideas and gave me suggestions. I collected it last week and it's stunning! Exactly as I had imagined it, actually better than that! My husband took my engagement ring to be cleaned, and it has never looked better! It was a very reasonable price and was cleaned within 30 minutes. I then took our wedding rings to be polished, both done in 30 min. They now look brand new. I will be back to use them again to take care of my jewellery and to buy more. An excellent local jewellers!

I stopped off here a few weeks ago after my physio appointment and I'm so pleased I did. A really lovely gent who is always very helpful and is always on hand to ask questions/ assist in trying jewellery on. I've been in 3 times and have always left with another lovely piece of jewellery. He is very helpful and is resizing a couple of rings I absolutely loved ready to collect at the weekend. I would encourage everyone to take a look inside as there are some beautiful pieces of excellent quality for a very reasonable price. A genuine lovely place.

I had a lovely engagement ring for my fiancee arrive and it was huge so I took it to marshalls to ask what size it was and could he size my fiancees ring finger. He said can't do it nope nope each ring is individual it's not possible to size fingers.Well how come every other company does?He was very rude about it and had no intention of helping our cause.After I went into burton to a real jewellers who helped me without question and was very nice.
