I've had the privilege of dealing with M&S motorcycles in Newcastle as I bought a bike from them unseen. The bike was delivered today 29/3/23. everything in the photos were as advertised. Dealing with Gary & the sales team was second to none, helpful, polite, & you just know these people are about bikes. Don't let distance put you off, M&S have a wide delivery scope & trust me you get what you see. Malcom their delivery driver is a very helpful guy. The boys who work for M&S have been top notch with me but this bike shop are not Royal Enfield dealers and are misrepresented on this website. They also don’t do repairs paid for by Insurance companies. Be Advised.

Very pleased with my new bike,excellent customer service with honest staff.I bought my bike sight unseen but was satisfied with the video walk around and telephone conversations so I took the plunge and made the purchase.The bike was delivered to me on time and in immaculate condition,the company driver was friendly,helpful and knowledgeable too.Great bike at a sensible price,I will certainly be giving them a visit soon and will look to use them again when I make my next purchase.

Asked for help and got the perfect help for what I needed. If I need to anything from I shall check with these to see if they have it. Thank you for the good customer support.

Over the last 10 years or so ive generally had a good experience with this dealer both with repairs, servicing, tyre changes, parts availability etc, the gents are friendly and seem to know what theyre talking about. HOWEVER......the last couple years I've noticed theyre not always taking much care, scuffing wheel rims, minor scratches etc. Not such a big deal on an older bike. The final straw, they cracked a fairing during the prep of a bike purchase before i picked it up. No mention of it. They just quickly got me on the road hoping i wouldnt notice before riding away and unfortunatley, succeded.Im not going to argue over it, im just not going to take my business there if i can help it. I expect the average motor dealer to be a little crooked at times, so im rounding down to 2 stars for doing some good work in the past but lose out because of falling standards and showing lack of accountability.

Thank you Gary. Just came down to Suffolk to buy my Ducati. No hassle, do as they say, money in the bank. How it should be done! Been using this superb dealer since the early 90's when we had 5 Blades off them. That is why I sold the bike to them.

They are a fantastic dealership, new and used bikes and all the bikes are in stunning condition, no pushy salesmen, happy to help with any questions even though i didn't know what bike I was after, Barry the guy in sales i delt with was full of knowledge and very down to earth, answered every question I asked. The bike was sorted within a week ready to take home with a full clean MOT. Can't recommend M&S motorcycles enough. Thanks very much guys absolutely love the bike!

Great and helpful staff. They have been servicing the bike I bought from them for three years. I have never felt ripped off. My bike is running like a dream.The team are really professional and friendly. More recently I had a tire changed. They turned it around really quickly. Seriously you can't go wrong using this garage for repairs and services.
