Screwfix Aberdeen - Bridge of Don

Haven't been here for some time, I now mainly use Screwfix Westhill or Inverurie.It hasn't changed. You still stand in a queue whilst the staff talk football with other customers..

Well, it's a bit odd, no wandering round looking at the option's. Instead you describe vaguely what you want to the elves behind the counter who will tell you something of the treasures inside.This I did and dubious was I but roger me rotten they came up with the goods. Job well done, would go again.

Customer service is shocking. Stood for ten minutes waiting to be seen. It wasn't busy and as always there was plenty of yapping going on through in the trade collection bit.Went to Toolstation and got served straight away!!!

Great place to shop with different types of products ranging from simple household products to complex water drainage implements. Serving over 500 customers daily. Great place to shop

Bought gate hinges also needed screws which both staff members help a lot with sizes very very helpful 100% great service at bridge of don depot

Excellent service this afternoon at BOD , staff went out their way to help me and ensure i got the exact part i required for the job. Very refreshing in this day and age to get friendly and informative help.

Disappointed with the website on this occasion. Checked availability of my required item and it indicated that stock was held at B of Don. Clicked to collect & paid in full only for the confirmation text to advise that my stuff was being sent from the distribution centre for next day collection. Not the best when I needed it that day.....

Ordered 3 items online to collect on 19/ 5 / 23Arrived at store to collect items.Went back to car to collect my id for confirmation which i did not need as i barely got through the door to be shouted at YOUR ORDER ' ! ! Eh did no one teach you any manners ? No hello ! ! Plus how do you know its my order ? Do you not need to see the confirmation text / email ?1 item was big & heavy . No offer of any help . Guy just stood there looking at me struggling then walked away.It's OK I managed. I didn't want to disturb you just standing there doing nowt i might have ruined your strenuous day ! ! This shambles of so called customer service has definitely 100% put me off ever buying anything from here. It may be cheaper here but I would rather go to b & q next time. Will get friendly helpful customer service there."

No hi, no how are you, no thank you, no extra words, the staff looks like so bored of his job. Or maybe a bit depressed. But I do understand his frustration. Working in a rundown area with full of seagulls poo, who could be excited
