Love the shop. Very friendly staff. Always a pleasure to visit even if you don't buy. One of my favourite shop.

Great selection and the shop was fully stocked and the shop looked fresh and tidy and the lighting was good. There was staff available around the shop but when we approached the till no one came and when I asked someone to help us they seemed as if it was to much trouble to walk to the till and serve us. When leaving the store the alarm went off as they had not removed the tag on the candle. So will go to another shop next time.

Nothing personal about the shop/staff at Churchill square but I ordered a personalised glass jar candle online which arrived smashed ! I blame both Yankee Candle on poor packaging ( candle in a cardboard box inside a plastic bag) and DPD. Almost a week after emailing Yankee Candle in Bristol more than once and ringing them I’m yet to have the issue resolved. Not happy !

Really great selection. They have a deal on for 10 wax melts for £12. Vanilla Cupcake is my fave!

Great choice & selection at Yankee Candle. Too many to choose from & great friendly staff.Just wish Yankee Candle had a far wider range on there Winter candles & product like Bath & Body Works & Goose Creek!!

Good shop. Everything smelt nice as you'd expect! Very expensive(obviously) but they don't force you to buy!

popped in today to get a candle as i lovvveeeee yankee (as everyone knows theyre THE best scented candles) and they had a wicked sale on!! staff were amazing, paticularly wendy who was an absolute angel !! thank you so much made my day!!

I LOVE YANKEE! But the customer service in this branch was absolutely SHOCKING. The lady behind the till, took my items, no hello. Scanned my items, didn't even look at me, told me the price, no please, gave me my items back and didn't even say a word. I politely said thank you, she said nothing. So I shouted thank you as loudly as I could... I think she soon realised how rude she was. It's like covid has come and people think they can be rude to customers.

What amazing staff. We had a fantastic experience. Very happy son and me will defiantly be going back. Manager was wonderful he really made sure we had the best shop. Thanks to all staff. Probably the best staff in Brighton Churchhill shopping centre
