Great service from Rob. Identified the problem with my oven straightaway. Was back as soon as part was available and at a time convenient to me. Polite, on time, and reasonable rates. Would 100% recommend. So happy to have my oven fixed with minimal fuss. Definitely worth repairing.

Contacted Rob about a faulty tumble dryer. He gave feedback swiftly and clearly, and came round the next morning and carried out the repair just as efficiently. Very happy to recommend Rob, and will use him again for future appliance repairs.

Rob responded quickly to my message about a repair to arrange a visit. I got a message to say when he was on his way, he quickly identified the problem, repaired it and tested it out. All efficiently completed. A genuinely nice man giving an excellent service. Brilliant!

Rob is the most genuine and kind person you will meet. I will definitely use him again when things go wrong.Rob was kind enough to advise over the phone that I needed a new washing machine saving me money on call out charges. Wish more people in the trade were as nice.
