What a treasure trove of costumes! Tracey is very friendly, patient and certainly knows her stuff. There are thousands of items to choose from in a wide range of sizes. She offered me several alternatives to select from for a 1970s party (you can try them on in her dedicated fancy dress setting) and I was delighted with the outfit I hired, as well as the jewellery, handbag, feather boa etc that matched the outfit very well. Having received an invite to an 80’s themed Birthday party, I found myself in need of a costume. I came across ‘Fancy Dressing Up’ while searching online and with it being local I decided to call and discuss costumes. Tracey was very knowledgeable and made me an appointment to view the costumes a few days later. When I arrived at the shop, I was amazed by the vast amount of costumes available (almost 1000 and all TOP QUALITY costumes, as well as a fab selection of accessories ) in wide variety of themes to suit most sizes and budgets. Tracey was so helpful and professional and when I finally chose my costume I left feeling relieved and happy with one less thing to worry about about. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Excellent choice for fancy dress hire. Tracey has a wide range of outfits for parties, events and celebrations. She provided me with a great 1920s gangster outfit, including accessories, for a great all-in-one price. Very useful to be able to try costumes on for size and get just the right look.
