Booked my holiday to New York with Robyn and the 5* is very well deserved. She was very professional and had a lot of knowledge about the destination, including attractions for whilst we're there which was needed as this will be my first time visiting. She answered all my questions and booked me the perfect holiday! Will definitely come into store and book with Robyn again!

The lady Sara that served us on Thurs was amazing and seeing that we had no clue on booking in and such told us 2 come back when we were ready and she would help we usually book with tui 4 our holidays but she is by far the best person we have dealt with went back 2day and she booked us in excellent service thanks sara

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Lorraine at the Northampton TUI store! After the airline we’d booked with changed our flights losing us 24 hours of our stay, she took up our case and after much persistence got us new flights that gave us even more time in the resort. Can’t thank her enough!
