Shakeela was really helpful and friendly and I had a really positive experience on the two occasions I have visited. The first time was when I bought a floral headband and the second time I had an appointment to try on dresses and I felt wonderful and well looked after. I recommend this branch!

So far it's been a first-class experience, Shakeela and Mary were amazingly friendly and accommodating with me and my bridesmaids and helped me find a veil I absolutely loved, they even made sure to call head office to make sure it could be made in the right style. Hoping that there will be no problems with the delivery of the item.

It was an amazing experience Shakeela & Mary had so much patience in guiding us all throughout showing us all the dresses I wanted to try and helped me in making theright choice, hatts off to you both who are doing an amazing job . I have really enjoyed the experience of purchasing my wedding dress at Berketex Croydon. Mary and Shakeela are so welcoming, understanding and friendly, they really make sure that you have the right dress and give fantastic advice. From the first time I called up and went to visit this shop, I felt that they were there to really help me and their patience was excellent. I would definitely recommend this shop, (especially Mary & Shakeela) if you are looking to enjoy the experience of purchasing what is probably to be the most expensive, beautiful dress that you will ever buy.

Mary was an absolutely fabulous and very helpful consultant! She spent a lot of time with my friend who was the bride to help her choose a dress which looks good on her and coming up with different styles. Really competitive prices too :) throughly recommend as a great starting point for thinking about what type of dress you want to go for and low price options

Really friendly bridal shop. I attended a wedding sale here and found the perfect wedding dress. The two ladies that run the shop are friendly and knowledgeable. They also arrange alterations so your dress is made to measure. They sell shoes and accessories too
