Vets4Pets - Bath

My 11 week old puppy managed to get stung by the bee. I took him straight down to the vet as his eyes and mouth suddenly swelled up! They saw him straight away and he's now fine. Great service.

Excellent vets would highly recommend to anyone. My cat recently had a very nasty injury to his eye and the outcome is the surgery was amazing the vet did a Excellent job of repairing my cats eye to the extent he has regained normal eyesight and the follow up care was very good. From the beginning to end of treatment the empathy and support given to me as the owner and to my boy was simply the best . Right from reception staff to nurses and vets thank you so much for everything.

Unfortunately we had to take our older dog to be euthanized due to being poorly and at an older age. All of the staff treated our boy and my family with the upmost respect and dignity. We popped out this morning and on arriving back home we found a card through our door from the team at Vets4pets Bath sending their condolences and a packet of Forget Me Not seeds to plant in our garden. We were blown away by this. This was our first time in this situation and the team have helped us through this sad time. Thanks to Robin and the team. We'll never forget what you have done for us x

They don't care about your pet, but they REALLY care about your money.For context, my dog had to be put down lately, I was offered no condolences by this vet and when bringing my other dog in they didn't even care what state she was in when dealing with this loss. I was so angry I left without paying and within seconds I received a call, voicemail and Whatsapp message demanding the money. Just puts it into context really. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic service by every member of the team, from the first phone call to the actual appointment. I'm a first time cat parent and everyone was extremely patient and helpful, going out of their way to help me and provide personal experience. The waiting room was clean and well organised and the team were all so lovely and polite. My kitten was extremely at ease and I can't recommend Vets4Pets enough. Thank you!

Fantastic, Dr. Robin is thorough, he cares about my doggies and it’s great that he explains everything really well and costs it too. We all loved Amelia and were worried when she left, but we’re happy again now. The receptionists are great too. Would highly recommend this vet .

Following an escalating series of unpredictable & unprovoked human & canine biting incidents, the last of which was really serious for the other dog, we took the gut wrenching decision to euthanise our lovely 2 year old rescue terrier Harry.We already loved Harry dearly & - I think - he us. He was, 95% of the time, an absolute bright delight, but his rage was coming out of the blue each time & his ferocity had escalated to a point that he was clearly trying to kill. We will never know what awful things he had been through to trigger this periodic aggression, but when the red mist descended, he was a danger to himself, us & any child or dog he met.Robin the vet was amazing, carefully taking us through all our (limited) options on the phone at home after the latest incident. Once our decision was made, he advised on meds at home so we could bring Harry (who could not normally travel in a car or be put on a lead without becoming hysterical) in without any further distress.We were both in bits when we arrived & the receptionists were incredibly kind. Robin showed such compassion & respect for Harry & for us & Harry was never distressed at any point during the final process. If anyone finds themselves needing advice & support in a similar situation I could not recommend this practice, & Robin in particular, more highly.RIP little Harry, our Ginger Ninja""

I took my puppy for his first vaccinations and health check up. The receptionist team were so friendly and helpful offering me support over the phone for my new puppy even before our first visit.The vet was absolutely lovely with Billy my little German shepherd puppy. He was so reassuring and very knowledgeable answering all of my questions. He checked Billy carefully and gently and gave me brilliant advice on his care going forwards. He didn't rush the appointment and it was clear not only was he professional and very well qualified, but he also loved animals which reflected in his lovely service during our visit.The waiting area was clean and tidy and the receptionist team were so kind throughout our visit too, they also made me and Billy feel so welcome.I highly recommend vets 4 pets I would never take my animals anywhere else. Guaranteed they always put you and your pets welfare first. They genuinely care for animals , prices are affordable and they take such a gentle caring approach to the animals they see.
