Fun Valley Indoor Play Centre

The place is good for kids, but has some very unreasonable rules. Firstly, adults have to pay extra even though they are not using the play area- like they charge just to SIT. Secondly, our kid got hungry we literally gave her a piece of biscuit and they said no food allowed from outside where as other people sitting here have bought their 3course meal from outside! Literally saw them got their buns, salamis, chips and brownies (all from outside). The staff is rude and unfair.

Came here for a birthday partyI think the prices are good but didn’t payHad some food which was niceThey got kids rock climbing. The soft play area which is quite big. Few kids arcades and even bumper cars.Kids had fun.Place was clean and there was plenty of seating areas for the parents. Was decent amount of parking outside BUT be warned to put your reg in or you will get a fine !Good work guys keep it up !!

We had a party booked at the Leicester Fun Valley. It was brilliant. We were met with friendly staff and a well organised party.The food was really good, the children had an amazing time amd in the end, that's what matters. Definitely recommend Fun Valley to others.

Good indoor place for kids to play as not many available near me. Food was the biggest disappointment ordered chicken panini they served some breaded chicken with salad in panini bread , dry as anything . Took it back to say this looks so dry and no cheese I was told u had to ask for it . A min later 2 so called female “chefs “ came out telling me that that’s what a panini is . “This is how me make it “ pic attached . Very rude . Spoilt the eve. Chicken wrap was the same so they only have zinger chicken and they use it with every thing. Wrap burger panini hot dog . Thanks guys won’t be returning back.

Took my two daughters aged 3 & 1 here today won’t be returning, the whole place needs a deep clean the toilets were filthy with soaking wet floors there apart in the big soft play area that’s extreamly dangerous where the bungee cords are all broken and tied around underneath which leave huge hole for children to fall through instead of the small squares they allow far too many people in at once so my 1 year old got pushed around and even stood on, ordered chicken nuggets and chips for my daughter sent the nuggets back once as was pink in the middle they bought some more out and again they were the same so we left them and went home, disappointed for the price paid with safety hazards will attach photos. Will not be returning!

This place used to be a better place than now. I hope they will correct their mistakes and make this a much more better and safe place for everyone like before. The reason why I’m telling this because our today’s experience in here was very poor and unacceptable. Basically my kids were little as they need supervision at least until they get used to some of its activities. I was glad that this is what this play centre expect us to do and I appreciate they have put this in their sign boards. But when we supervise in certain areas they have restrictions to the way we assist our kids. This is happening because they have some damaged settings and I’m sure some of other users also previously complained about this and left some bad reviews for this. Very unfortunate they didn’t even put any signs to follow but you will be told off if in case you are with your kids in this places. It was really embarrassing when they telling me off in front of others as we don’t expect to experience this in this place and we go there with our kids to give our kids a little bit of fun time.I know every kids are different when they grow and since recently my four years old son is a bit scared to do activities in public areas as he has some complications when he is in the middle of a crowd. So we decided to take him out whenever possible to help him get used to lots of people and to help him come out of his fear. This is one of the reasons we have visited this place today to let him experience some fun time with lots people around him. But unfortunately my son scared when this individual from this place was telling me off loudly front of so many. My son then didn’t wanted to play for a little while and I had to convince him and encourage him to come with me to play again. However I decided to approach this staff member in person as his conduct was very inappropriate. I have mentioned that what he did was inappropriate and instead he should have put a sign out to let users to know about any restrictions than telling off front of kids and all. I appreciate that he accepted his mistake at that point and he immediately instructed one of his colleague to put out a sign to give instructions for other users.I appreciate for listening to my concerns and putting out a sign but I hope they will be following other safe and legal guidelines and fix any outstanding hazards in the play area rather than making this place unsafe, uncomfortable for kids and its users. As you all know some of their play settings are supposed to have with balls but balls are not available and they are not in working order too. Now top of this, restriction for usage because it’s unsafe for assisting our kids. Which is very unacceptable. As far as I know they have not reduced the price even though this place is not good as before!However I’m not saying to anyone that this place is not good for a visit. Because we all do mistakes and as time goes sometimes we don’t understand what improvements we have to make to keep things in good working order. In regarding to this place I think they just need some good feedbacks to help them correct their mistakes.I hope my feedback will reflect and they will do some improvements in their play area and in their service which will help us all to use this place again with some better experience and of course this is ultimately good for their business too.

Visited yesterday. Very disappointed in the hygiene and cleanliness of this place. Would be a great place if it was clean! They clearly don't sanitise or clean equipment as I have visited at 10am and have been the first one there and its been very messy clearly from the day before. There is heaps and heaps of dust everywhere and I have also found random bits of plastic in the soft play areas which a child could easily put in their mouth if not monitored. Its a shame as I think it would be a great place to take kids with their facilities. The food isn't great. I feel like it's just microwaved and the cakes are stale as if they have been there for weeks on end.

Not good, the negatives outweigh positives about this place by far margin.Car park way to small and it's hard to find on street parking either.It's much smaller then similar venues of this nature, including the ones within the town. Very tired in some places, definitely in need of refurbishment.Food, well, I would not even call it this. It's the cheapest supermarket frozen stuff microwaved and put on the plate.On plus, it's got separate bookable seating upstairs, good for kids b-day etc. But unfortunately same rubbish food served. Good thing kids don't care, just want to go berserk for couple hours.

Excellent for children. Price is very good at £4 and 1 adult free (off- peak rates), additional adults is £1.50 each, there is a 2 hour limit, but we were their over 3 hours... No one said anything!Lots to do for all ages of kids. Climbing wall was closed when we went.Free parking is available and it was not full during term time. Make sure you put your car reg details in the screen when you enter the fun valley or you will possibly be fined.Cafe is nice, cheap and cheerful. Kids will like chips and some fruit shoot or slush! They will eat only half and run off to play again!All in all a very decent place for kids to run, jump and slide around.
