Parkinson Property Rentals

After renting through this company for the last three years I have found Ena, Alex and Jenny nothing but helpful and supportive. Any issues I had regarding the house over the years were delt with promtly and professionally. I always felt I could phone them and ask any question about the rental property and felt that they had my best interests at heart from the beginning to the end.I have rented for over 10 years through many agencies and found this one the best and most personal, especially with it being a family run business and with Jenny being a lovely kind hearted person who I enjoyed talking with on our visits.

I've been a tenant for 3 years, in a parkinson managed property.I have to say that Parkinsons have been exceptional. Jenny is super lovely and Alex has always been responsive any issues have been dealt with very, very quickly.They obviously care about their tenants and it shows.When I was looking for a place to live I had a unique circumstance which they were more than happy to accommodate.There is no faff with parkinsons. Not like big national chains at all.So easy and straightforward to deal with.As a tenant, I couldn't recommend Parkinson property rentals enough.

I have been renting with Parkinsons since over 4 years whilst based at Airbus in the UK. They have been absolutely brilliant over the years and even permitted to accommodating the 2 dogs we had. Whenever we had any slight issues, they were dealt with swiftly and professionally, within hours on the dame day with no fuss or stress. After renting places around the world and renting out my own house abroad I would much rather use them than the alternatives because they also look after their properties well in a more familiar way without too much process nonsense. The staff they have including Jenny and Dave were also first class in sorting out any issues spotted. If I return to Chester I would have no problem or hesitation in contacting them again to either rent or let out a property I may purchase in the future. Very best regards.

Parkinson Rentals have managed our property for over 15+ years. Throughout that time, they have provided a superb service including promptly arranging any maintenance issues and supervising redecoration of property, a new kitchen and bathroom. The fact that our most recent tenants have been there for many years is also an illustration of the professionalism provided to both landlord and tenants. Would recommend them 100%.

Parkinsons have managed our rental property for over 5 years and have paid us promptly, managed any issues well and cost effectively and communicated well, both Ena and Alex being helpful at all times. We are about to sell to our tenant and will hopefully have Parkinsons manage a new, larger property for us well into the future.

I became an 'accidental landlord' many years ago and Parkinson Property Rentals have been managing my property ever since. I have always found them to be very professional and have been excellent at sorting out all of the bits that need sorting which really takes the stress & strain of letting property. Very recently my previous tenant had moved out and Alex & Ena had found another tenant to move in, completed all the paperwork etc in no time and so I continue to be a very happy landlord and cannot recommend them enough.

My partner and I have been renting a property through Parkinson Property Rentals for nearly 2 years and in my experience they have been professional and responsive to all issues big and small. They are very quick to deal with problems and offer easy solutions to fit around mine and my partners work schedule. I have never had any problem contacting them and have never come away from a conversation or email not knowing what to do. Ena and Alex have excellent tradesman that are willing to travel to Liverpool at short notice and always get the job done to a high standard.I would recommend.

Ena asked me to leave a good review for them when doing the final checks on the property as I was leaving. Well... Each email i received felt condescending, i had a rodent issue in the flat due to holes in the exterior brickwork which she said was my problem, she forgot to turn up to the final checks which we had arranged prior by email (i had to call and im pretty sure she was in a mood about having to come out to the flat) and then she tried to find every issue possible including not putting bleach in a toilet that had a sign to not put bleach in. When I moved in there was glass and cig ends on the floor downstairs and there were gaps in the window sealant so if anything i left the place better than when i found it. Alex was great throughout he was alot more understanding in our correspondence but i did have to chase up a few weeks after moving out because he forgot" to return the extra rent i paid due to moving out half way through a month. It was a good flat for my situation but i am relieved to have left."

In my experience Parkinson offer an excellent rental service. The time gap between rentals has been short, the monthly rental consistent with what I expected, and I was kept informed every step of the way ; they have access to excellent tradesmen and other professionals who maintain property to compliant standards effectively and efficiently. Good people who understand the market.

Mushrooms were growing through the floor in my new flat and mould on the walls. When I spoke to Ena she did nothing but deny it and said for us to just wipe it. We spent our own money cleaning this and had to paint several times. At the end of the tenancy Ena claimed it was her who payed for it to be fixed at her personal expense which is not true at all. We did receive out deposit after repainting the whole flat at the end of our tenancy however Ena Parkinson is unprofessional and has no people skills. I would seriously think twice about using Parkinson’s. Alex and Gracie have been lovely.
