The Wellness Practice

This is a great place, Steve and his staff are not only knowledgeable but very kind - they will uplift your spirit ! The facilities are excellent and I never imagined that a combination of the hyperbaric oxygen chamber, red light therapy and cryotherapy can do so much to help my chronically ill body. I have used the facilities twice only, but will definitely be visiting the Wellness Practice as often as possible- the uplift is addictive !

From walking in the door, to leaving, my experience of ‘The Wellness Practice’ was, wow! The clinic was clean, and filled with the latest well-being and recovery technology. I was travelling a long journey home up the M6, and had a session in the cryotherapy chamber. I really felt more awake and alert that afternoon. Dan was highly knowledgeable on both the cryotherapy chamber and bloods testing on offer.I wouldn’t hesitate booking a second session! Thanks Team :)

5 weeks since 3 metatarsal breaks and the pain was still intense. After the 1st session of Cryo & Oxygen chamber the pain is significantly less. I’m looking forward to seeing how quickly my injury heals with further session in the chamber and also other benefits that are associated with this treatment. I also slept far better. There are many other treatments available. Steve had his team are very knowledgeable and friendly. I should have gone sooner. I would highly recommend giving it a try.

After achilles surgery the hyperbaric treatment worked its wonders and enhanced healing , speeding up recovery and generally improving my wellbeing and wow my skin has been fantastic ! Definitely recommend this treatment . The team are knowledgeable and lovely .Cryotherapy has really helped too

Had treatment in the Full Body Cryotherapy. It was a bit of a shock to the system the first time but the adrenaline rush afterwards is great! Makes you feel fantastic. Would recommend.

Went along for a taster session at the practice today, treatment for Rheumatoid arthritis . Introduced to local cryotherapy and the results felt immediately. Highly recommended.

I am blown away by how my life and health has changed for the better since I have been using the facilities at The Wellness Practice. I have recently had extensive abdominal and chest surgery, whereby due to the fact I have Type 1 Diabetes, my recovery/healing was always likely to be a lot slower.However, by using the Hyperbaric Oxygen chamber, combined with the red light therapy bed and lymphatic drainage suit, the positive impact on my recovery and healing has been out of this world and something I never thought would be possible in such a short space of time. I am now 6 weeks post operation, but it feels and looks as though I am 6 months post operation! I am back in the gym training and I feel healthy and energised as ever.The staff are all incredible and have made my experience even more positive and informative, whereby I have learned so much from them about the benefits of all of the facilities at the practice.Originally I chose to start with 10 sessions of Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy to help with healing for my surgery, but now, visiting the practice is going to be something I do on a long term basis for the foreseeable, as the positive impact on my health, skin, recovery, sleep and energy is astounding! I sprained my ankle playing netball, and walked into the practice in a boot. After 1 sessions of cryo I could put weight back on my foot and felt 1000 times better. This is incredible considering drs told me that recovery would be a minimum of 6 weeks.Highly recommend very knowledgable and passionate about helping people. Thank you.

wow fantastic. I have had 5 days of HBOT and Red Light Therapy for severe nasal tissue damage following surgery and the results are amazing. The colour, texture and overall appearance of my skin & soft tissue is amazing.
