Terrible service my wife just came back in tears because the gentlemen thought it appropriate to shout at her rather than help her choose how to send her parcel. Despite the fact she had weighed it and checked it two days prior the prices he gave on the day were different causing her to get confused. Would never use them again my observation is if your one of their old regulars you probably get ok service if not don't expect even a smile how can anyone in a customer facing role shout at a customer.

After a previous bad experience where he shouted at me and made me cry as I misheard how much it cost to send an item and had to go get 50p more, I’ve only just started to go back into this post office. However Every time I go in I am so nice. I say hello, ask him how his day is, Say have a nice day.He doesn’t look at me or talk me and practically throws my change at me.I shouldn’t feel scared and worried everytime I need to post something. It’s so unprofessional and how he can make people feel like this is not acceptable. Terrible customer service. I now have to find a new post office which is sad.

I know how lucky we are to still have our little post office when so many others have closed. Staff friendly and helpful. It can get very busy in there at times so it can be a long wait to be served.

Absolutely discussed with lack of customer service. We walked in and ask politely if he could print us Amazon Return Label, ordinary servise offered by most of post offices. That wasn't a problem as we noticed that post office was very small and basic, however the way we were spoke to was disgusting and humiliating. Avoid at all cost.

Outstanding service. I've been using the Post office in Sea Street for the last 7 years for my small business and recently applied for 4 passports using their checking service. Over the moon with the service received. Always polite, welcoming and willing to help. I cannot recommend them enough.

The lady was very rude at me. Very impatient in dealing with my parcels. I waited patiently and didn’t say a word while I’m waiting. I said “Thank you very much” after she handed me the receipt and she suddenly yelled at me “Don’t be rude!!” in front of everyone. I told her “ I said Thank you very much?” She kept yelling at me “Don’t be rude!!” This lady is absolutely out of her mind. I have already filled a report to Royal Mail. Royal Mail emailed me and said they will take this case seriously as a discriminatory behavior. I hope they will do something about it. I will never go to this post office again.

I ALWAYS get impeccable service from this post off , the Indian guy who runs it is a real gentleman who sadly left yesterday. He will be missed.There is a new lady there now who is also a lovely person.

Excellent little Post Office & Stationers. With all the PO cutbacks, it’s great to still have this place. You have to choose carefully when you visit though - to avoid the queues.The Stationery is a good place to go to get Birthday Cards, etc, all at a reasonable price.

The man was so rude, I asked for the postage price for my second parcel ,he shouted same same, I replied how can it be the same this doesn't need to be signed for. He shouted out the new price all angry and just shoved the label on my parcel all creased. My local post office was closed due to a refurbishment. If I hadn't walked quite a way with my parcels, I would have told him to shove his post office.
