Laura explained what further action I needed to take and helped me draft an email to send to my pension provider. Its what you don't know and it is so important to have someone who does know explain it all clearly and guide you to the best outcome for you. It is worth every penny. Cannot give them enough credit. I am a clinical lead and had extensive training and still struggled to understand some of the changes in legislation. I tried 2 firms before and attend several meetings but still had very specific queries that no one was able to advice on. Pengage did, even without asking. This is an excellent and professional service. Pengage did an excellent individual tailored report. It met all my needs and answered what to me will be a life changing question. They are clear they only provide advice based on the current legislation, but this is all what I needed to finally start any form of meaningful future planning.
