Julie the front desk at the reception she was amazing for me . She was patient, understanding and willing to sort out something for me which I desperately needed. She made my day brighter!

Called up to confirm i could get a signature for a form.i was on hold for 25 minutes then tried to use there service to get a call back, however the phone number i entered wasn't acceptable with no explanation as to why.truly awful but i guess it doesn't matter if your service is terrible when your the only service.

This place is awful & the people who 'work' here are useless. Why do they bother to ask if you have any medical conditions if they are just going to ignore the answer.

Rang about an odd phone call claiming to be from the police. Was told there would be a waiting time of 1hr 40 minutes: “ due to high demand” the call back service is not operating.

Waited on ten phone for over half an hour only for it to hang up

When PC Byrne 2507 finally returned my property after 13 months I told him never to think that severely disabled people, people with learning disabilities and people with mental health problems are easy targets because they're not. Drove from the south to the north of England to give a true statement of what had really been happening when the adult actually in their fifties in age son and daughter of a friend and colleague of my late husband who had become a friend of mine that relied and depended on me for support and supply of shopping and meals and company ...all at my expense..but done by my kind heart I have to say ..it myself..as no-one else in this lying situation will.. literally demanded that I make day trips from Sussex to Yorkshire to see him and then reported to his offspring who he was apprehensive off that I had used him and was gaslighting him .I attended this station to ask to give my side of the story to please put the record straight some years ago as the family had reported me to the police to make Trouble for me . Although I asked for the chance to leave just my side of the story in a very pleasant way as I meant it this way and was very polite they looked at the notes and realised that it would cause me great trouble as it has but I was not allowed to put my true factual account the true side of the story and was told to go as I intended to a solicitor who refered me back to the station but still no chance to put the truth down This resulted in great trouble and still now has ruined my life.If only the desk civilian would have listened.demanded

Went in for proof I was still alive. For Swedish pension, only needed a stamp.Unable or would'nt help. No wonder the police are not liked. !!!
