We booked Softplay2u for my daughter’s 2nd birthday. I initially contacted them to ask for a quote and availability, and they were swift to respond. The whole booking process was seamless. They even called beforehand as they were familiar with the venue and wanted to ensure the barrier would be up to allow their van access. On the day they were on time and even helped us to blow up some of our many balloons! The service was excellent and the actual soft play was brilliant - the kids loved it! We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and could not recommend them highly enough.

We've used Softplay2u a couple of times for family events at home and we can't recommend them enough. They respond to any query promptly, delivery and pick up on time,very competitively price and great quality bouncy castle and nothing too much trouble. Couldn't ask for more we will definitely continue to use them for all our bouncy castle hire needs!!
