The company was being used by my neighbour. They blocked me in for the best part of a week parking on the dropped kerb in front of my house/driveway. I asked them to move twice, and sent a message to their Facebook page. They continued to keep parking there.

I called this company for a piece of glass to be cut. I was told that somebody would be back in the workshop in an hour. I left the job I was doing and travelled 20 minutes to get the glass. No one there. They didn't even answer the ring doorbell. Appalling customer service!

Wow, I'm so impressed with this company. The two guys that came to do the job were very nice and easy to talk to. They explained everything that they were going to do, they even cleaned my gutters! Honesty I have never had a better experience, I'm beyond impressed and super happy with the work. My windows looks beautiful.Thank you so much.

Asked (Pat) to book an appointment via email with tenants, he ensured me he emailed tenants twice!, however tenants haven’t received any emails from him.So I went back and forth and managed to book a day with him and he said he will come from 1pm!, tenants waited since 1pm and the following day they told me he didn’t turn up!!I texted him asking why he didn’t turn up and he said he had forgotten???Very unprofessional and unreliable!!

I called for a quote for grey glass shelves (120x800x6mm) and was told grey glass is rare!Was quoted £150 per shelf. Got 6 done elsewhere for £68! Obviously didn’t want the business
