I love this salon. The owner is amazing at what she does and her stylists are all brilliant and well trained. It's very homey and welcoming here and unless Anna sells up i won't get my hair done anywhere else. I highly recommend x

AVOID IF YOU HAVE SHORT HAIR!!I went to get my pixie cut trimmed, she asked what length I had on the clippers on the sides, I explained. I did not get what I asked for. She trimmed hair from the top with the clippers as she failed to clip the longer hair up before she started. She also unknowingly trimmed into my fringe as she was cutting the top. I couldn't let her finish. At the end, she put product in my hair without even asking to hide the mess she'd made, before I felt she was done blending the sides.It's going to take me at least 3 months to grow out the hair she cut away. I lost all the feminine aspects of my hair and came out looking like a 12 year old boy. Genuinely embarrassed to go out in public with the haircut I walked away with.

Been here twice and won’t be going again. Both times I specified exactly what haircut I wanted with pictures and both times they cut it wrong. Despite having a price list clearly displayed, both times I was told right at the end of the haircut that they would be charging more because the cut was more than a trim (don’t know why they didn’t specify this as soon as I explained how much I wanted cut before they even started). I asked for a side fringe and she just grabbed a piece and did a botched job that I could have done better in my bathroom.The staff don’t make any convo like you get at other salons so it’s awkward, especially since they leave you every 5 minutes to answer the phone, and don’t even look sorry. My hairdresser was 20mins late and didn’t even apologise when she finally got in. Yes the prices are cheaper than other salons but I would rather fork out £50 for a decent haircut if it means getting something that I asked for as well as some human interaction.

We were living in Cardiff for almost 6years, and once we found this place we were using this place every month. For £17 (7+10), we had men's and women's dry cut done by a professional. In most of the other places in Cardiff you have to pay more for a cut done by a trainee. Also for some time we were getting 10th cut for free.As you see we were never asking for anything fancy, so we cannot say how they are handling some more advanced requests. :) I do believe they are good at it anyway.Obviously the place is nice and clean, and the staff is friendly. I always liked the way Petra was styling my hair, but I guess she was touching hair of every guy like that. ;)

Very cheap for a men's long hair cut, which I wasn't expecting - wanted it done properly! And by the gods did I get what I paid for. Changed the shape of my undercut, and cut it unevenly so one side is now higher than the other.Was a walk in, and whilst I wasn't specific in what I wanted, most hairdressers I've been to would know what will look good - I was given a bob and look like one of the Golden Girls! She took off as much as I asked for but that didn't leave any room for changing it afterwards. Not that I was really asked whether I was happy with it.

I started using Ania's for my hair extensions a few years ago and cannot recommend her and her team enough! Since moving to Cardiff, they have become my regular hairdressers. Team are upto date on latest trends, yet are qualified and skilled enough to offer more traditional services like 'Perms' so you tend to see a real mix of regular clients. Cannot recommend enough!!! Prices, service and cleanliness are all 5*

Amazing they give u the best results and there so kind and even offers you tea or coffee

They cut me a mean bob here, better and cheaper than anywhere in town. It has just the right amount of frills, though when I visited in October their Halloween decorations were so tasteless it was funny and really added to the experience, even if I was scared my head would be chopped off.Theyre all real nice here, don't chat too much or too little.Theyre always willing to to a fringe trim between haircuts too ✌️

Ruined my hair. And the hairdresser was not nice to me. She repeated “I’m so confused. I don’t understand” like 10 times. Is that the right attitude to communicate with a customer? I paid £20 for a really bad mood and a horrible haircut!!

This my first time coming to this salon as recommendation of my friend. Kayleigh who cut my hair was amazing very talkative and made me feel at ease. I will definitely be coming back here again
