The minute you step in the showroom you are greeted in a professional warm manner and offered tea or coffee. The showroom is immaculate, the staff are dressed appropriately and have excellent communication skills with superb interaction between each department.I loved the background music and waiting area..felt comfortable and kept informed throughout the whole time I was there whilst Tango was in the garage.Huge pat on the back I highly recommend DM Keith for all your Honda needs.

Took car for service. Nice and clean showroom, very good service. Car lovely and clean when we picked it up. Driver even took us into town and picked us back up again so we cud go shopping whilst car was serviced. Really polite receptionist

Saw an Autotrader advert for an Ibiza FR Sport, brand new at a price that I thought must be a con. It wasn't. We travelled down from the far north of Scotland to Grimsby, as no dealers in Scotland could match the price. Car was exactly as advertised, also got the trade in price we expected. The whole process was simple and straightforward. So if you see their Autotrader adverts and think it must be too good to be true, just give them a ring and you'll be pleasantly surprised

From our initial online enquiry, to picking up our new car the whole process was smooth and stress free. Ashley put together a great deal for us and kept us updated throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. Amber took care of the handover, even taking the time to go through the many settings and controls in the car and registering us with Seat Connect. The flowers for my wife were a lovely final touch.

Recently purchased a used car and I have to say the service was second to none from the whole team. Turn around was really quick, car was immaculate upon collection and even when I had an issue with the air conditioning a couple of days after collection it was all sorted at no cost to me. Would highly recommend!

From start to finish the team at D M Keith were spot on. Todd was brilliant. The sale was a really easy process. I reserved the car without seeing it first but Todd did a walk around video and made sure I was happy with everything before I left the dealership when I collected it from them. Me and my wife were pleasantly surprised with the lovely big bouquet of flowers the team gave us. Couldn’t fault them and would definitely recommend!

Cannot fault the customer care service that they provide. It was the best car buying experience that we have had yet. A nice bouquet of flowers flowers also awaited my wife with the purchase of her new car. Good follow up telephone calls planned, post sale. We recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and would like to thank Charlie and Wes for their efforts. Having worked in the motor trade previously, I have high standards on how a car should be prepped and have had poor experiences previously purchasing vehicles from main dealers. This experience was a refreshing change. A thorough video walk around was provided in advance of a viewing by Charlie and any imperfections were shown. The car was as described. We travelled from London and took the car home on the same day. Thanks again Wes, Charlie and the rest of the team.
