Carmarthen Nails

service was okay, but aggressive whilst handling with my nails, male huffing and puffing at me when he wanted my phone on and also wanted my hand and a hand in the lamp at the same time, felt very uncomfortable sitting in silence for an hour, no communication with length etc, only got aggressive when my boyfriend went to get money. wouldn’t recommend if you want a comfortable environment to get your nails done.

I’ve been going to Carmarthen nails for the last few months. Having moved here a few months ago I had to find a new regular salon. Carmarthen nails never fail, the service is always quick and brilliant, the price is good and there are plenty of nail techs for walk ins. I’ll keep coming here whilst we live in Carmarthen!

I've been a regular here for a number of years. Generally they are ok... If you want a quick fix and not attention to detail.Today was by far the worst experience I've had.I walked in. All chairs taken, they were busy. The guy told me to take a seat. 15 mins later I was taken to the salon bit upstairs. Other people had come in after me. One guy began sticking the tips to my fingers ready for acrylics. Once he had done this he told me to pick colours. I had already chosen my colours and shown him a picture.... This gave him the opportunity to go to the woman next to me and start doing hers.I sat there for nearly an hour in total, with just tips on. While they carried on starting other people's nails.I understand why they did it. They wanted to start as many people as they could and leave them with half done nails so that they wouldn't leave.My blood was boiling when I clicked on to what they were doing.I told the lady I was leaving as my husband and young daughter were waiting for me.I walked out with just these ( see pic).Safe to say I won't be returning.

Had acrylics done that were stunning but after a few days 5 fell off and the rest are lifting , and no nail prep didn’t even push down my cuticles , waist of £40

Absolutely shocking place my girlfriend got her nails done twice here both being absolutely terrible and left her disappointed. One time being less than a week before a trip to Paris for her 18th, she had white French tips and within two days parts of the white chipped off. Her mother had her nails done the same time and had the exact same problem. Not something u expect when paying £35-£40 per set. And to top it off the staff are very rude, one woman wearing AirPods doing my girlfriend nails completely ignoring her and what she was asking.

Very well organised shop.No waiting, always someone to serve.Had a wonderful foot massage which I would recommend to everyone.Lovely choice of colours too

Amazing 1st time experience, a little bit of me time, with a nail do over, what more could you ask for. Cost nicely priced , staff are polite, pretty quick once you get a chair. Very busy place so choose your timing early in the day. Or be prepared to sit and wait and wait, so I'd probably say they are a very popular nail bar, and for good reason, Amaaaaazzzzzing nails

I used this salon for the first time today . On arrival very busy but didn’t wait long as they operate a walk in service .I had a full set of acrylics it took two members of staff to do . My nails were not cut or shaped the same and they use the cheap gelish coat . I told the lady my nails were not the same shape and she huffed and redone them .My cuticles also were never done . This place is not cheap and also not professional what they do . Will not return .

Amazing, such a chilled atmosphere, good choices of colours, staff fabulous, helpful, prices are good, travel time for me is a pain but well worth the trip,
