Spitalfields Community Health Centre
I went in in desperate need of a toilet as no place around was open. There was a young man and an old woman with glasses behind the counter. I really kindly asked if there was any chance I could use the toilet as I was about to wet myself. The woman with her arms crossed answered this is a surgery
