After 14 months in court I recently completed my final hearing, this was regarding a child arrangements order, PR, Name on the birth certificate and a change of surname for my now nearly 18 month old son. For the first 7 months I employed a solicitor which other than draining my bank account and creating further animosity between myself and my ex partner didn’t really achieve much!I found EW legal, (Beth and Martin) and quickly they put my mind at rest giving me pretty much 24 hour support, at the same time as putting my case together for my next hearing along with coaching me to self represent.
