Persimmon Homes St Edeyrns Village

We recently went here to potentially look for a new house for us, but the way the construction site was all set up, put us off quite a bit. Everything is too crowded, the houses, even though are detached, are so close to one another it just give you the impression of no intimacy. They also lack personal green spaces, which is a shame. It's true that they are cheap and affordable houses, and so they had to cut the costs from somewhere, and also they quality of the construction and building materials used are decent, not great, but the result seems very unattractive in the grand scheme of things... people want to get a house mostly because of the comfort, space, green land and intimacy it provides, otherwise they would just go on and get a flat or a duplex... what you get from being on that construction site is the feeling of claustrophobia... sad, really.

Lovely new estate with easy access to the motorway and supermarkets nearby.

Didn't actually visit this place the Sat nav got us lost...but seemed like a nice place to live.

Nice clean modern estate with a range of housing available.

Cant fault them throughout the process - really great service considering the current climate which gave real confidence in buying with them. Danielle in particular always went above and beyond - couldnt of asked for more!!

Surprisingly busy, but very nice area

Really happy. The team have been fantastic since we moved in. Sales team were a bit of a challenge in the beginning, but very happy with the build quality and snagging completion etc... we were a bit concerned as persimmon have a bit of a reputation but the site managers here have been super helpful.

Just another estate hope Persimmon has improved very bad track record
