RUDE unpolite and unhelpful..was waiting 1 month for a parcel..3 redeliverys still no parcel..went down was told no one could find it...gave tracking all documents to manager who then said she would find out what happened...to then get no repliy from her...to go back down on week 5..to be told ...parcel not there ?when she had told seller it was...to be then given my parcel with no sorry ...items i have orderd 3 weeks ago still not hear...also the condition of some of your items is upsetting...my perfume smashed last week...i do not send my mail via royal mail anymore...and if i buy anythink i make sure its not sent through royal mail now...There ment to be a company u can trust...and its just sad how a few ppl let down the whole company...if your not happy doing the job you signed up to let someone else have it....

Delivery service , not a post office!The lady was very nice and respectful. She even checked if I had anything else since I'm there because I was expecting to receive more packages.The place does have very limited public parking spaces opposite, but it's OK for the short stay die to fast service.Please find the opening times attached
