I did two recent courses at St John's Ambulance centre Ocean way in May/JuneI did Emergency first aid course & Fire Marshal course,enjoyed both courses,well worth doing and I enjoy training and learning,no matter how old you get you can always learn.Both instructors were first class and I highly recommend people learn the basics especially Emergency first aid.
