I have been a member of both breakfast club and the fitness classes and couldn't recommend enough. Have met the loveliest people, and feel so much better in myself physically and mentally. Not at all cliquey, and incredibly supportive!

Fantastic place . Highly recommend it . Very Professional and knowledgeable. Dave and all the others are a really helpful in guiding and supporting you.I wouldn’t worry if your shy because you will soon come out of your shell as they make you feel very welcome and can always have a laugh.If you haven’t already ..Go sign up !!!
