Sue is a wonderful lady in fact I think she is an angel. She is so compassionate and helpful it makes the upsetting journey more bearable to cope with .Definitely will recommend you to everyone.My Cat TC was treated with dignity and is now in a lovely little casket .Thanks Sue for everything you are truly amazing xx

We originally had the vets arrange a cremation service however we began doubting if we would even get our dogs ashes back or if it would be a mix of other cremated pets, so we collected him and brought him to sue, it was the best decision we made it was a beautiful peaceful place stunning gardens and views we felt at such ease knowing he would be cremated in such a homely and beautiful environment. We are forever grateful for sue and her service she made the processes more personal and this ment alot to us we are so grateful to have found you guys thank you

My beloved bearded dragon passed away recently, Sue was very accommodating with my awkward to work around schedule, and did all she could to make the cremation service as comfortable and professional as possible.Thank you very much!

Vets4Pets gave me a leaflet about this company following the death of our Labrador on a Friday. They explained that if we didn't want to wait the normal 1-2 weeks for her ashes to come back, then this company do it in 48 hours. I called them at 3pm, asked if they could collect her. I was told I could collect the ashes the following day. That was actually too soon as we'd decided to spend a few days away. So we just collected them the following Monday. I don't know if they were expensive or not, but to give you an idea, Coco was 30kg and the price was £230 which I felt was good value. Not a service you want to often use but I would absolutely recommend them if you do.

Highly recommend Halifax pet crematorium. Unfortunately last week we had to have our old girl, Tinkerbell put to sleep. Sue was so helpful and compassionate from the first call to us collecting our girl the next. Receiving such an amazing service has really made such a difficult and sad time a little easier. Thank you so much!

Sue was absolutely amazing. Rang her yesterday to ask for her services and she collected my dog the same day and had her ready to collect this morning. Such a speedy service and im so grateful to have my dog back with me. Sue even gave me my dogs paw print and clippings of her hair which is so sentimental. Sue was professional and friendly. Her home is really warming and makes you feel at ease. My Jeany is now forever with me. Thank you for everything.

The care and support Sue gave us when our beautiful Raki lost his fight with cancer was outstanding. Having never experienced the loss of a pet and organising a cremation, having someone like Sue to talk you through it was lovely.Your establishment is set in beautiful surroundings.That gave us a lot of comfort knowing Raki was cremated somewhere he would have loved to sit.Thank you so much for everything you did for us. Our boy was back home in 24 hours in a beautiful casket.
