Dreadful company, paid them my money, got a basic Mercedes which wasn’t what we paid for and it never waited for us to take us back to the wedding reception which was embarrassing. In hindsight I Should of ordered an Uber and saved myself £400. The owner said he would pay us our money back and three months on nothing....

Never turned up to our wedding and didn't return the money, leaving me (the bride) without transport 30 mins before I had to walk down the isle! Absolutely disgusting!
