Found a nice little van online at Prestige and arranged a test drive. All good with absoltely no pressure to buy, arranged to pick up van over the following weekend which all went well except the passenger seat belt did'nt work. No problem Jimmy and his team managed to source a unit out of one of their other vans and swapped the unit over, absolutely no trouble at all. Great people to deal with and a real pleasure. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. Thanks for everything Jimmy and team!

OK, we'll see how the car's health pans out...so all I can say for now is that their customer is top class. Listening to customers is what a customer wants. Customers want to feel valued and that's exactly what you get from my experience...listening to customers details are a bonus and they get it done as per the customer's request without adding any extra fees etc...from this experience I would recommend others to give them a try and all the sales staff are very friendly. I bought a VW golf GTD off Prestige auto a couple of months ago. I've never bought from a dealer before but Jimmy & Mo could not of done anything more to make sure I was more then happy with our deal. The car was exactly as described and well worth the long trip! If you are thinking of purchasing a vehicle from Prestige Autos I would save your time and look elsewhere. I purchased a Ford Transit Connect from them in November 2022 and having paid £200 over the asking price for the vehicle and waited over 5 weeks to get a clutch and cambelt repaired along with a service and an MOT all I can say is I wish I had walked away when I had the chance as the van is not fit for purpose. The van has numerous oil leaks from the engine, it misfires, cuts out and often refuses to lock, which is not great with all my work tools inside. Furthermore after taking the vehicle to my local garage I was informed that the handbrake had been bodged to get it through its MOT. I have spent over £500 in repairs on the van since picking it up in November 2022 and having emailed the company once in December and again in January 2023, followed by a phone call I have still heard nothing back. From them. In summary avoid this garage at all costs. Update April 2023. Jimmy finally agreed to sort the issues with the van and sell on my behalf. All looked promising, but that was 7 weeks ago and nothing has been fixed and the van hasn’t been listed for sale. I was also informed that they couldn’t find anything wrong with the van. Funny how on its first journey back to my house there is now oil leaking again. Total waste of my time and the warranty they offer isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. In short do not buy from this garage.

I bought my car on the internet without seeing it but had a good conversation with Mo,he assured me the car was in good condition and would be serviced before delivery I had a couple of other jobs done and asked for the car to be delivered.The car was delivered on the day I requested and was as described so very happy,I had a small issue with the gearbox and spoke on the Phone to Mo who without hesitating asked me to bring it back under the guarantee,after an oil change on the gearbox the car was again returned to me and is perfect.It makes a change for a company to act quickly as they did and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friendsThe gearbox problem returned so traded the car in

Just got an L322 Range Rover as was after one for a few weeks. I was left to check the vehicle in my own time and to test drive it as I like, nothing pushy at all. Really good experience. It was serviced and delivered on Tuesday morning. Some lovely Defenders there too.

I’ve had got to say that I have nothing but praise for these guys.I bought a 16 year old midi coach and following a few calls to Jimmy he described it honestly and in layman’s terms. As I’m more than 300 miles away I arranged a low loader to collect.
